Shweta Agrawal is a seasoned finance professional with over two decades of experience in the financial services and alternative investments industry. She currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at InvAscent, where she oversees the firm’s finance, compliance, operations, fund administration, taxation, treasury, investor relations, and regulatory frameworks.

Shweta has held several leadership roles across reputed investment platforms. Prior to InvAscent, she was the Chief Operating Officer at SBICAP Ventures, CFO at Paragon Partners, and served as SVP at IDFC Alternatives. She began her professional journey at Edelweiss, gaining foundational experience across finance and operations.

As the Chairperson of the PEVC CFO Association, Shweta plays a key role in driving collaboration and advocacy within the private equity and venture capital CFO community in India.

She is a Chartered Accountant (CA), a Certified Public Accountant (CPA – USA), and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University.
