Saurabh Jain

Saurabh Jain is the Chief Operating Officer at NIIFL, bringing over 20 years of cross-sector experience spanning Private Equity, Healthcare, Consumer Durables, and Consulting. As part of NIIFL’s leadership team, he oversees financial operations, risk management, and IT infrastructure.

Saurabh also serves as a Nominee Director on portfolio company boards and is a key member of the Valuation Committee. Prior to NIIFL, he spent a decade at Actis, where he rose to the position of Group CFO (UK) and led several global strategic initiatives across finance and operations.

He is a Chartered Accountant and holds an Executive MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB), combining financial acumen with operational depth across institutional investments.
