Kalpesh Jain is the Managing Director & Chief Operating Officer at Multiples Alternate Asset Management, where he leads the firm’s operations, finance, risk, legal, compliance, and ESG functions. With over 20 years in the financial sector, Kalpesh brings a well-rounded perspective to pre- and post-investment operations, portfolio support, and firm-wide value creation.

At Multiples, he plays a strategic role in fund administration, transaction structuring, performance reviews, and risk management, while actively supporting portfolio companies with diligence and scalability initiatives. His mission is centered on building efficient, high-impact platforms that deliver long-term returns for investors.

Kalpesh is a Chartered Accountant, with a background in audit, IPOs, M&A, and financial reporting, gained from working with Big Four firms, including EY.
