Dharmesh Trivedi is the founder of Dharmesh L Trivedi & Co., a boutique consulting firm specializing in taxation, fund and business valuations, and regulatory advisory. He is also a partner at KKCA Valuers LLP, serving venture capital and AIF clients across valuation and compliance mandates.

With over 30 years of experience, Dharmesh has held senior roles including CFO at Urban Infrastructure Venture Capital and I-Ven Realty, and finance leadership at Kalpataru Group, Supreme Industries, Polychem, and Eureka Forbes.

He is a Chartered Accountant, Law graduate, Registered Valuer (IBBI), and IFRS-certified. A recognized industry voice, Dharmesh has contributed insights on RERA, IBC, RBI policy, and GIFT City to ETCFO, and served on the Ram Rajya 2015 Committee on Stock and Securities.

A founding member of the PEVC CFO Association, he has helped build a 250+ strong network of finance leaders. His recognitions include the Top 100 CFOs Award by CFO Institute, a 25-Year Industry Contribution Award by ICAI, and the Best Secretary Award from Lions Club Bombay.
