Ashish Fafadia is a Partner at Blume Ventures, where he leads the Fintech and Growth portfolios, and has played a key role in the scaling journeys of standout companies like Slice, Purplle, Turtlemint, Jai Kisan, and Stellapps. A core member of Blume’s leadership since 2012, Ashish also drives fundraising efforts across India, SE Asia, and MENA for Blume’s core, opportunity, and continuity funds.

He has been instrumental in shaping Blume’s internal platform capabilities and in the creation and expansion of Constellation Blu, the financial and transaction advisory arm incubated by Blume. Ashish’s deep sectoral expertise and insights have been widely referenced, including in Blume’s Future of Money report and the firm’s Fintech thesis.

Beyond Blume, Ashish is a visible thought leader within the startup and investment ecosystem, actively engaging through IVCA, PEVC CFO Association, and as a visiting faculty at leading business schools.

A Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary by qualification, Ashish’s professional journey prior to Blume includes key roles at Timesgroup, Standard Chartered Bank, and State Bank of India. He is currently based in Mumbai.
